Terms of Service

Use of shameye.co.il and the ShamEye system (together — the "Service") is subject to these terms. Using the Service constitutes acceptance.
The Service
ShamEye is a management system for appraisal firms: cases, visits, documents, reports, digital signatures and collection, including AI tools. The site also offers contact channels and a guidance chat. The Service is not a substitute for a professional appraisal opinion, legal or financial advice.
Subscription and trial
Use of the system requires a subscription per the chosen plan; prices and quotas are listed on the pricing page. A 30-day trial is provided free, with no credit card; at its end, without an upgrade, the system becomes view-only and the data is retained. We will give advance notice of price changes.
The firm's data
Information a firm enters into the system — cases, clients and documents — belongs to the firm. We process it solely to operate the Service, per the privacy policy. The firm is responsible for the lawfulness of the data it enters and its use, including toward its own clients. Data can be exported from the system.
AI tools
AI outputs — document identification, data extraction and chat answers — are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. They are presented for user approval and are not a substitute for professional judgment; verifying and approving them is the user's responsibility.
Accounts
When opening an account you must provide accurate details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the Service, attempt to harm it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The content, design and marks in the Service are ours or our licensors', and may not be copied without permission. Nothing here derogates from the firm's ownership of the data it enters.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent Israeli courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the update date appears above.
