About ShamEye

ShamEye is case management software for appraisal firms — from the moment a lead arrives until the case is closed and paid.

The name reads in Hebrew exactly like «שמאי» — appraiser — and that is not an accident: the system was built for general-insurance, property and structural appraisers, rather than being a general-purpose management tool retrofitted to the profession.

How ShamEye was built

ShamEye wasn't built in a lab. It was built alongside appraisers, out of the work itself — on site visits, over real cases, and in conversations with the firms that run them every day.

Every capability was born from field feedback: a board that shows each case's next step — because cases get stuck between an email and a phone call; documents that read and file themselves — because nobody wants to retype a policy; digital signature from a phone — because a client mid-visit doesn't have a printer. And that's how it continues: we release, appraisers work, we listen and improve.

A system anyone can run

An appraisal firm is a mixed team — appraisers in the field, case managers in the office, outside experts. Some live inside software; others prefer a phone and a notebook. So ShamEye is built for all of them: simple screens in plain language, the system itself saying what the next step is, working on desktop and mobile alike — no installs, no long training.
